    Community Associations

A community association is the governance function of a common interest development. This governance, created by the real estate developer, is given the authority to enforce the covenants, conditions, and restrictions and to manage the common amenities of the development. Most community associations are non-profit corporations, and are subject to state statutes that govern non-profit corporations and community associations.

Let our attorneys assist your Community Association in collecting on unpaid dues and assessments, complying with the state's laws, and enforcing the Association's governing documents.
